Welcome to the Central Wisconsin Agribusiness Innovation Center

The Central Wisconsin Agribusiness Innovation Center (CWAIC) will be a multi-purpose facility designed to foster education, training, research, and business development in the fields of agribusiness, biotechnology and renewable energy.

Located in Owen, Wisconsin, this state-of-the-art building will incorporate:

  • Business incubator space for agricultural entrepreneurs
  • Large- and small-group classrooms
  • Public meeting and presentation space for events
  • Commercial test/classroom kitchen
  • Laboratory space
  • Distance learning lab

In addition, the building itself will be a learning tool, using sustainable design concepts for both the Innovation Center and its surrounding site, a 71-acre agricultural business park. The building will be seeking a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum rating, designating it as green and environmentally friendly as possible.

CWAIC is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation whose objective is to raise funds to build this extraordinary agribusiness innovation center. As a 501(c)(3) organization, donations to CWAIC are tax deductible.
